Allow me to introduce myself! I'm LaKisha Lately, a woman who proudly wears a few hats. I'm a mother, real estate agent, landlady, and owner of Lately Homes LLC. Lately Homes was established in 2019 out of desire to help others achieve financial independence through real estate and home ownership.
My Story
My interest in real estate was ignited after purchasing my first rental property. My experience as an investor taught me how much a home profoundly impacts a person's life, well-being, and happiness. I love helping families find their perfect sanctuary where they are able to create long last memories and build generational wealth through real estate!
As a hands-on person, I enjoy "breaking a sweat" to assist my clients and make sure that their needs are met. Whether that means installing vinyl plank floors, drilling in drywall, or painting interiors; I often get "down and dirty" in the property transformation process, all while revealing its distinctive features.
